At NeSy, you are expected to treat everyone equally with respect. If your behaviour is deemed to be unacceptable by the NeSy general chair, you may be asked to leave the conference and you may be banned from attending future events.
If you experience unacceptable behaviour, speak with the president of the NeSy association or the general chair of the NeSy conference. Confidentiality will be maintained unless disclosure is legally required.
Information you provide to NeSy will be kept in the NeSy association's database and may be shared with third-parties for the purpose of the organization of the NeSy conference.
You accept that you may be filmed and recorded as necessary during the use of the video conferencing software at NeSy conferences and that the recording may be made available to other participants and publicly.
You shall not take pictures or make any recording during NeSy without the knowledge of those being recorded. Ask for permission before sharing any picture or recording with third-parties.
You must be at least 18 years old to attend NeSy.
At present, we are unable to refund any registration fees.
